Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Mrs. Copywrite deliverables are sent electronically. No physical materials are shipped. Content is delivered as Google Docs, Word documents (.docx), PDF, or directly formatted for your CMS, as agreed.

2. Delivery Timeline

All delivery timelines begin from receipt of a completed project brief, not from payment date. Timelines by package:

Core Package: 10 business days from completed brief
Pro Package: 14 business days from completed brief
Studio Package: 21 to 30 business days from completed brief (confirmed at kickoff)
Fast-Track Add-On: 3 business days (Core-scope projects only)
Individual services: Confirmed at project kickoff

3. What Happens After Payment

Immediate: Stripe sends a payment receipt to your email.
Within 2 business hours: We send the project brief document to your inbox.
Within 1 business day of brief receipt: We confirm the writer, timeline, and delivery format in writing.
On confirmed delivery date: First draft delivered to your inbox with revision instructions.

4. Accepted Formats

Google Docs, Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, plain text, or CMS-ready paste. Specify your preference when returning the brief.

5. Late Delivery

If we cannot meet a confirmed delivery date, we notify you at least 24 business hours in advance. Delays caused by late brief return or revision feedback are not counted as delivery failures.
