Our work is B2B specific. Our clients are typically SaaS companies, management consultancies, professional services firms, industrial and manufacturing companies, healthcare B2B businesses, and financial services firms. What they share is a complex product or service, a considered buying process, and an audience that reads. If your buyers read and research before buying, we can help.
We have produced content across SaaS, consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and legal sectors. We research deeply before writing in any industry and conduct structured interviews to get the technical details right. If your field requires specific regulatory awareness (healthcare claims, financial services compliance), we flag this before taking the project and either handle it or advise on what needs legal review.
Yes. Ongoing monthly retainer arrangements are available for clients who need consistent content output. Retainer clients receive a monthly calendar, dedicated writing time, priority turnaround, and a single point of contact. Contact us for retainer pricing as it varies by volume and content type.
Before writing starts, we need: a completed project brief (we send the template), access to any existing content or brand guidelines, and availability for a 45-minute discovery call. For case studies, we also need an introduction to the customer being featured. Projects that start with thorough briefs consistently deliver better first drafts.
A content strategy engagement starts with a discovery session and a review of your existing content, competitors, and buyer research. We produce a written strategy document: audience profiles, content pillars, channel recommendations, and a 12-month editorial calendar. It is a reference document, not a presentation -- your team can use it immediately.
A standard case study (600 to 1,200 words) takes 10 to 14 business days from receipt of a completed brief and approval of the customer interview. This includes the customer interview if we are conducting it, outline approval, first draft, and one revision round. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
We write content that earns its ranking through quality, not keyword density. Where search optimization is relevant, we include keyword integration, proper heading structure, and meta descriptions. Our core belief is that content that serves the reader well also performs better in search over time than content built around ranking first. SEO optimization is available as a standalone add-on for existing content.
Each revision round should come from one designated reviewer on your side. We implement consolidated feedback across the entire piece in each revision -- not line-by-line selectively. Revision rounds included depend on your package. If your needs evolve during the project, we discuss scope before doing additional work.
