These Terms govern services provided by Mrs. Copywrite, 2117 Allstatter Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45015, USA. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We provide B2B content and copywriting services. All deliverables are digital. No physical goods are shipped.
An order is confirmed when Stripe processes payment. You must be 18 or older to order. Completing checkout confirms acceptance of these Terms and our Refund Policy.
Writing does not begin until a completed project brief is returned by the client. The delivery timeline begins from receipt of a completed brief, not from payment date.
Revision rounds are included per package as specified. Requests that change the scope, audience, or strategic direction beyond the original brief are discussed before any additional work is done and may incur additional fees.
Confirmed delivery dates are met. If a delivery cannot be made on the confirmed date, we notify the client at least 24 business hours in advance.
Upon full payment, all rights to the content we write transfer to you. We retain the right to reference the project as work sample unless you request otherwise in writing before or at project kickoff.
All client briefs and materials are treated as confidential. NDAs available on request for sensitive projects.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
